We design , develop and manufacture returnable vacumformed / Thermoformed plastic trays , Separator trays , Dunnage trays for heavy metal components such as clutches , covers, shafts , engines blocks, heads etc.
These trays are made of Polyethylene of heavy gauge to withstand weight and vibrations during transit. All these trays are custom designed suitable to customers specification. These trays can also be used inside FLC crates or trolleys.
